Please follow these steps to successfully transition Quicken and QuickBooks
from Graystone/Tower/1N Bank online banking to Susquehanna's Internet Banker.
- Log in to Susquehanna's Internet Banker system and change your password
on or after Monday, February 20, 2012.
- Before your first download, select the document below that pertains to your
software version and follow the instructions to deactivate your Quicken or QuickBook
accounts with Graystone/Tower/1N and reactivate them with Susquehanna. It is necessary
to complete these steps to download successfully from Susquehanna Bank's Internet
Banker.
Susquehanna Bank offers customers the choice of DirectConnect
or WebConnect Intuit services. Graystone/Tower/1N Bank’s service offered
only WebConnect. We recommend that you select the instructions below
to convert your Quicken or QuickBooks service to the DirectConnect process.
DirectConnect will allow you to schedule transfers and bill payments directly
in your Quicken or QuickBooks software to Susquehanna, as well as provide you with
One Step Update to conveniently update your transaction register(s) with no separate
log in to Internet Banker. (Note: If you are a Cash Management customer, scheduling
transfers and bill payments directly in your Quicken or QuickBooks software is not
available at this time).
