We are pleased to welcome customers, employees and shareholders of Tower Bancorp
and Graystone, Tower and 1N Banks to Susquehanna! Below is some information to help
with questions that you may have during the transition.
Transition Information and Contact Numbers
Susquehanna Bank Customer Service Center: 800.311.3182. Representatives
are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m.
to 4 p.m. Automated telephone banking is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Internet Banker: To log in to your online banking account, please go
to the Internet Banker login at the top left side of the home page at
www.susquehanna.net. For your log-in ID and password, please follow the
instructions that were mailed to you in your Internet Banker Resource Guide. For
assistance, consumers should call 800.311.3182 and select option 3 for online banking
assistance. Cash Management online banking customers should call 888.286.3082.
Susquehanna Bank Check Card/Debit Card Activation: Please activate the
card that was mailed to you on Monday, February 20, or as soon as possible after
that date. Please follow the activation instructions that were on the card. For
assistance, consumers should call 866.883.4414. To activate a business card, please
call 866.309.4934.
Conversion Weekend Schedule: February 17 – 21
As part of the conversion to Susquehanna Bank, Graystone, Tower and 1N Bank branches
will be closed on Saturday, February 18, and there will be temporary interruptions
of online and telephone banking service.
