E-Statements, Fast, Convenient, Secure & Environmentally Friendly

E-statements are provided through Susquehanna Electronic Document Service (E-docs). They are secure online versions of your account statements that  you can view, search, save and print!

Benefits of E-statements include:
  • Fast: E-statements are available online faster than paper statements arrive by mail.

  • Convenient: E-statements include the same information as paper statements and are archived online for 60 days.

  • Secure: E-statement viewing requires a secure account log in, unlike paper which is sent to an unsecure mailbox.

  • Environmentally Friendly: E-statements save trees by reducing the amount of paper used for bank statements. In fact, for each customer in 2009 who requests to change from paper statements to E-statements, Susquehanna will donate $1.00 to support the National Audubon Society’s environmental conservation work.

For every customer who elects to “go green” in 2009 and 2010, a $1.00 gift will be made by Susquehanna to National Audubon Society as follows: 70% will benefit Audubon Pennsylvania’s Audubon At Home program and 30% will benefit Audubon Maryland-DC’s Audubon At Home program. Susquehanna has guaranteed Audubon a minimum contribution of $5,000 and a maximum contribution of $25,000 per calendar year for 2009 and 2010.
