eStatements, Fast, Convenient, Secure & Environmentally Friendly

eStatements are provided through Susquehanna Electronic Document
Service (eDocs). They are secure online versions of your account statements that
you can view, search, save and print!
Benefits of eStatements include:
- Fast: eStatements are available online faster than paper statements
arrive by mail.
- Convenient: eStatements include the same information as paper statements
and are archived online for 60 days.
- Secure: eStatement viewing requires a secure account log in, unlike
paper which is sent to an unsecure mailbox.
- Environmentally Friendly: eStatements save trees by reducing the
amount of paper used for bank statements. In fact, for each customer in 2009 and
2010 who requests to change from paper statements to eStatements, Susquehanna will
donate $1.00 to support the National Audubon Society’s environmental conservation
work.

For every customer who elects to “go green” in 2009 and 2010, a $1.00 gift will
be made by Susquehanna to National Audubon Society as follows: 70% will benefit
Audubon Pennsylvania’s Audubon At Home program and 30% will benefit Audubon Maryland-DC’s
Audubon At Home program. Susquehanna has guaranteed Audubon a minimum contribution
of $5,000 and a maximum contribution of $25,000 per calendar year for 2009 and 2010.
