Getting Started:
  • Enable web access for your mobile device in Internet Banker, under Manage Settings, Mobile Settings and Web mobile Settings. Don’t have Internet Banker? Please visit your local branch to enroll for Internet Banker or call us at 800.311.3182 for information on how to apply.
  • Once enrolled, supply your mobile number and carrier then select accounts.
  • Accept the terms and conditions then you’re on your way.

What you can do:

Tips:
  • Logout after you’re done.
  • Never store your id and password on your phone.

To check your latest balance and account history, text 89549 and get a quick reply 24/7.
Getting Started:
  • Enable web access for your mobile device in Internet Banker, under Manage Settings, Mobile Settings and Text Mobile Settings. Don’t have Internet Banker? Please visit your local branch to enroll for Internet Banker or call us at 800.311.3182 for information on how to apply.
  • Once enrolled, nickname your accounts and validate your preferences.
  • Accept the terms and conditions then you’re good to go.
What you can do: Tips:
  • Text commands are not case sensitive.
  • Add 89549 to your contact list.
  • If you text internationally, additional carrier charges may apply.
  • Account numbers, pins or email addresses are never texted.

Getting Started:
  • Enable web access for your mobile device in Internet Banker, under Manage Settings, Mobile Settings and Text Mobile Settings. Don’t have Internet Banker? Please visit your local branch to enroll for Internet Banker or call us at 800.311.3182 for information on how to apply.
  • Go to the App Store on your iPhone
  • Search for "Susquehanna".
  • Click on "FREE" to download the app.
